Shipping
Quickdraw Publications uses Canada Post to ship all products unless otherwise specified. Individual books shipped within Canada are sent via Regular Parcel. The estimated delivery standard for this service is 2-7 business days and no tracking is available. Individual books shipped to the US are sent via Small Packet – USA Air. The estimated delivery standard for this service is 10-15 business days and no tracking is available. Individual books shipped internationally, outside of North America, are sent via Small Packet – International Surface. The estimated delivery standard for this service is 6-12 weeks and no tracking is available. Faster deliveries times with package tracking are available for an extra fee. Contact us for details.
Squamish Pick-up (Free Shipping)
Please note this service is not available 24-7 and we reserve the right to be unavailable at any time or for a period of days/weeks. If you choose this option upon checkout, it is your responsibility to arrange a Squamish pick-up in a timely fashion and to give us plenty of notice beforehand.
Refunds
Once a book has shipped, Quickdraw Publications assumes no responsibility for damage incurred during transport. If, however, a book is received from Quickdraw Publications and has a significant manufacturing defect, an uncommon result of the printing process, we will replace the item in question. Not included in this policy are books purchased through third parties or books damaged through regular outdoor use after purchase.

Quickdraw Publications does not share any personal information, such as phone numbers or email addresses, with any third parties. The personal data collected through this website is for the sole purpose of contacting customers to gather information pertaining to their order.
